Complaint Review: Fullreleases Eguidestore Billinghlp.com

I registered on 14 November, 2007. After registration I received this e-mail from account@fullreleases.com:

"Sent: Wednesday, November 14, 2007 11:31:38 PM
Subject: Your Pending Account

We are contacting you today because you have created an account with Fullreleases.com, however you have not completed the signup procedure to activate your membership. If you are not the creator of this account, please click the deleteme link at the bottom and your account and email will instantly be deleted.

If you have not yet paid, for the next 48 hours you will be able to JOIN FOR JUST FIVE DOLLARS, LIFETIME ACCESS to Fullreleases.com, by following the link below.

We have included your login information below for your convenience.

Password: ...

Finally I joined on 29 March, 2008 as of Fullreleases had another similar offer, but even "cheaper". After joining I received this e-mail from validations@fullreleases.com:

Subject: Your Fullreleases.com payment has been validated
Sender: web1.fullreleases.com

Dear ...,

Your payment has been confirmed and your account has been set up. We hope you enjoy our service! Your username and password are as follows:

Fullreleases.com Staff"

Then instead of a charge of $4.95 they took 18,96 EUR off my acount. But this was stil not enough, on 03 July, 2008 they took another 18,99 EUR. After this, exactly on 30 July, 2008 they sent me this e-mail from support@billinghlp.com:

"Date: 30 July, 2008. 13:31
Subject: Information on recurrent charges for your account
Sender: blablahost.com

Dear ...,

We, the representatives of billinghlp.com Customer Support Center thank you for choosing us.

This is to inform you that we SHALL charge your account with needed amount of 69.95 RON in three (3) working days, since you have chosen recurrent charging for Eguidestore.

Please contact us back if you have any questions or difficulties with our products or services.

If You wish to cancel recurrent charges please follow step-by-step instructions listed below.
NOTE: CANCELLATION OF RECURRENT CHARGES WILL STOP YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE

1. Please insert the following link into the address bar of your browser: http://billinghlp.com/support/
2. Once the page is open, fill in at least two blank fields with the following information to locate your transaction:
Your credit card number used while purchasing the product
Your order number
E-mail used while purchasing the product
3. Choose "Login" to enter
4. Once your order information page appears, press "Cancel Order" in "Order Status" area
5. View drop-down menu on next page to select the reason of your subscription termination
6. Please carefully check entered information. Click "Cancel Order" to continue or "Back" to return to the previous page and change information details.
7. The page will appear to notify you about your order cancellation confirmation.

Don't need to say, I attempted to follow the above process but there is no valid link to https://secure.billinghlp.com/support/ (or any other variation of it) to follow their supposed cancellation process nor is there an option to cancel on the fullreleases website. Couldn't find any phone contact number and no-one responds to information requests.

On the next day I received another e-mail from the same address saying that they have charged the NEEDED??? amount as below:

"Date: 31 July, 2008. 2:16
Subject: Information on recurrent charges for your account
Sender: blablahost.com

Dear ...,
We, the representatives of billinghlp.com Customer Support Center thank you for choosing us.

This is to notify you that WE HAVE CHARGED THE NEEDED AMOUNT of 69.95 RON from your account since you have chosen recurrent charging for Eguidestore.
Please contact us back if you have any questions or difficulties with our products or services.
If You wish to cancel recurrent charges please follow step-by-step instructions listed below.
NOTE: CANCELLATION OF RECURRENT CHARGES WILL STOP YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE"

Here the no existing cancellation procedure follows. But it's still not the end... On 04 August, 2008 they charged ANOTHER 19,42 EUR!

It might not be important, but who knows:
At the end of the registration procedure the onscreen message informed me that my billing statement will show a charge from billingsvc.com 8006579205 and my receipt ID is: 799259DA6CC5.

But my statement shows as follows:
03.04.2008. billingSVC.com 091732321
03.07. and 04.08.2008. billingHLP.com 091727966

Fortunatelly I do not keep to much money on this account and in the meantime I changed my card as well, but I'm really glad to see that atleast the site has been shutdown.

Beside this I think the notice on the page is quite wird I think:

"FullReleases.com has been shutdown, and all accounts are now closed. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate the support we have received from our members over the lifetime of the site. If you have any further concerns, please email us at shutdownfeedback [at] gmail -dot- com
