Fulz Construction Wayne Fulz, Wayne Fulz Custom Masonary Failed to fulfill terms of his contract. Vacated project before completion Costa Mesa, California
Wayne vacated (walked off) the project and has failed to reimburse our money for the incomplete job he did. We contracted with Wayne to re-do our patio. After doing some of the work, he decided to stop, offered us $300 so we could complete. After getting a few bids, it turns out it will cost about $6300 to finish. In addition to leaving us hanging, his workmanship is lousy. Wayne talks a good game but cannot deliver.
