Fun For Life Club Sold me a membership in Nov 2007 but am unable to use their 'facilities" and they have disappeared! Mississauga/Toronto Ontario
I joined Fun for Life Club in October 2007 and paid the organization approx$2000, through their salesman, a Mr. Brian Head by name, with the understanding that they would let me use their website and book holidays at competitive rates for 100 weeks spread over 30 years and a further 140 weeks upon transfer of an older time share (from Outdoor World) to Fun for Life.
Brian Head, the salesman, now works for ReMax but liaises with me infrequently on behalf of Fun for Life. His tel# is 416 937 9124 or 905 456 1000 at ReMax. He took the transfer documents from me in early January, after "jerking me around for approximately 30 days, in order to present them to the president of Fun for Life, who is supposed to sign the docs, so that I can transfer my older time share to Fun for life. The papers have not been signed yet and Brian Head is really avoiding me by not returning my calls in a timely manner and by giving me all sorts of excuses for not having the documents signed, even after so many weeks of delay.
In the mean time I am unable to access the Fun for Life website to book a holiday and nobody answers the tel# 416 560 2191, on which there is a message saying that "all calls will be answered within 48 hours".
I understand that the Head Office is somewhere in the USA, possibly in Las Vegas and the president's name is Al Pringle. They also have a website http://www.victorydesignstudio.com/projects/FFLCMag0501.pdf
Please advise me and other people in my situation. Thank you very much.
