This  offer from Heritage for the Blind for a 3 night hotel stay is organized through the clearing house FunRewardsForYou.com.

The conditions put on the redemption are excessive ($15.95 processing fee, $33.00 per night taxes, $20.00 per night upcharge on Friday or Satuday, $ 50.00 Reservation Guarntee Deposit.)

The coupon must be redeemed a month after mailing, activated and mailed to the "fulfillment department" within 6 months and used within 12 months.

All fees (and they state vague "hotel surcharges") are not covered.

The hotel is three star--their site says not to expect anything like "the Hilton" and their choice.

Multiple arrival dates and destinations are required...so it's a crap shoot as to where and when one could ever use this certificate.

Their website clarifies some of the vagueness of the certificate and in their FAQ says that even if we've been told FREE, the certificate clearly says it isn't. Even if we've been told city and date of our choice..nope... it's up to them to give us what would otherwise be an empty room

We donated a really nice Cadillac DeVille to Heritage for the Blind and hoped we were doing a good deed....Heritage for the Blind gives themselves a rather bad reputation  because of the wild misrepresentation of their agent, FunRewardsForYou. I will not donate another car to Heritage for the Blind and the Chrysler 300C goes to PBS.
