Fun Rewards for You We received this voucher for 2 nights in the city of our choice but you have to send money to cover tax & fees, refundable reservation guarantee, etc. We sent it, postmarked on the last day & they refused to honor it. I made sure it was postmarked correctly. They wouldn't even talk to me. La Mesa California
A Fun Rewards for You voucher was given to us when we donated our vehicle. You must send in a fee of $14.95 to process your request, then they give you six months to decide where you wish to go and when. They then require an additional tax & fees payment for the hotel (which you can't choose) and a $50 reservation guarantee, refundable.
They tell you your reservation request must be mailed "on or before the register by mail date". So I made sure to have the envelope postmarked by the postal clerk, showing it was mailed on time.
We then receieved an email stating it was late and we were cancelled. I attempted to dispute it and was told we were cancelled. Done, no more discussion. We stopped payment on the check, just in case, which or course, cost us another $22.
We received one additional email letting us know, for another $22, we could reinstate our reservation. All this company does is nickel and dime you to death, then cancel you out or demand more money.
