They have a very long introduction/promotion showing how great the product will be at solving tinnitus. Product not only didn't work but the volume in my ears increased. Here's a pasted in statement from their returns website:

Upon letting them know, they quickly point out that the guaranty period starts when they ship, not upon receipt. Here's some more:
All product bottles purchased online can be returned within 60 days after they have been shipped, meaning mailed to you. We’ll make sure you’ll know the date, as we’ll send you an email to announce you the shipment, and you can also check it on the delivered package.
To get a refund, you must send the supplement bottles back to us, to the following address: 37 Inverness Drive East, Suite 100, Englewood, Colorado, 80112. Please keep in mind that we do not support the return shipping costs.
