I recieved a call from FCS in November of 2004 about a way to repair my credit. For a one time fee of $299.00 I would recieve an unsecured credit card with a $7500.00 limit & a 6% interest rate. I was supposed to get the credit card in approximately 3 weeks after the withdrawal from my account(Approx. 12/25/04).

I did not recieve my card! I cotinuousely called the number they provided only to get a busy signal. I finally got ahold of someone after 2 weeks of calling. They told me that because of the holidays they were running about 2 weeks late & that I should see something in 2-3 more weeks.

It was now 1/10/05 so I said I would give them till the end of the month to get me my package. Come 2/1/05 I still had not recieved my package from FCS or AIG who is the company that actually took the money from my account. Now I try contacting someone again. After a week I reach someone & they tell me that my package has been sent so I can't get a refund.

I waited 2 more weeks in hopes that it would arrive. No such luck! Now when I call the 866-333-1586 number there is a recording saying to respond in writing to there L.A., CA. address & that all corespondence would be answered & that no customer would be left unsatisfied. So I sent them a letter on 3/2/05.

It is now 3/28/05 & I have yet to here from anyone by mail, phone or e-mail. They have info to contact me all 3 ways. I also have not recieved any package as of yet. Now I am out of a job and could really use that credit card to pay some bills. I don't imagine that I'm ever going to see it or my money.

Don't let this happen to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 3/28/05 I filed a report on this scam. Since then I have been doing some investigating. On the 28th I came across a # for AIG. That # conected me to a gentleman by the name of Jim. I told him about my situation & he reffered me to Mr. Harry Bauerle in New York.

At first I was concerned because I had left 4 messages for Mr. Bauerle & had not heard from him. Today the 30th I left a message with Harry's boss Alfred Panasci. I finally did recieve a call from Harry explaining to me that he was out of town.

Harry and I talked for a while about the situation we are all facing. He admited that this has been a total scam but that AIG had nopthing to do with it. The cokkmpany that took our $ is AIG Ltd.. That company does not exist!

AIG has gotten the FBI involved in this case. Harry is prsonally helping to resolve the issue. If you want to get your money back you will need to get some info from your bank & get it to Mr. Bauerle.

If you call AIG at 1-877-638-4244 & let them know that you are calling about the credit card scam they should document it there and give you the # for Harry Bauerle. He will then walk you through the steps to get your monet back & explain to you what is going on.

This is not something that will happen over knight. We all will have to have just a little more patience during this process. Let's all handle this properly, get our $ back & bring these people to justice.

I hope this info will be of help to everyone that veiws it!!!!
