Fundamental Consumer Stratagies promised to deliver an unsecured credit card of $7500.00 for a fee of $299.00. I was told that the card would arrive approximately two weeks after my account was debited. My account was debited on Nov. 16 2004. After two weeks when no card arrived I attempted to contact Fundamental Consumer Stratigies at 1-866-333-1593 however the phone is always busy.

I then contacted AIG, Ltd. (12/8/04) who is the clearing house that charged my checking account. They would not give me an address for Fundamental Consumer Sratagies but told me that they would contact them and I should wait 72 hours to hear from FCS when I did not hear from them in 168 hours I called AIG, Ltd. again and was basically told the same thing again. Basically I have been placed in a loop and have received absoultley nothing for my $299.00.
