Fundamental Consumer Strategies ripoff Credit Card Ripoff Scam Salt Lake City Utah
Fundamental Consumer Strategies promised me a credit card of $2500 my draft date was December 31, 2004. After about 2 weeks into the new year I was told that because they were close December 26, 2004 - January 1, 2005 that there shipping department was behind on mailing out the cared.
After a two month I am still waiting for this card I paid them $299.00 for the processing fee. I have been fortunate to talk with someone there at least twice the first time I was told they had not shippped the card yet because they were late sending out Novembers orders. The last time I spoke to a representative they told me that my card was shipped on January 21, 2005, and it takes about 3 weeks to receive it.
Well I guess what three weeks have come and gone and still no card. I have tried to call them this week to request a refund of my money, but they were closed Monday and Tuesday in observance of President's Day.
I have since closed my bank account were this money was debited. I am just wondering how can I get a refund if they are not willing to give it to me??

Fundamental Consumer Strategies, has place a recording stating that all request for refund, status updates, and inquires should be addressed to:

I would suggest that you send a certified letter to them request a refund, I know I have done so. According to my attorney this is out first step in recovering my funds.
