Complaint Review: funding resource network

I filled in a online grant questionare one day. Several days later I received a call from Funding Resource Network from an employee who called himself Paul Alexander. He asked me many questions about my business, why I was looking for a grant etc.. A few days later he called again saying congratulations, I was approved being I was a woman and the county I lived in still had grant money available.. I was ecstatic!  Thats when Paul dropped the fee to write the grant. 3000 dollars.  He kept calling and calling tho with promises of tens of thousands to put into my business remodel and create jobs in my small community.  The letters of intent they did send for me to sign and forward to foundations were a joke. When I called and complained I was brushed off. Needless to say I have not received any grants and am out 3000 dollars. They are scam artists.
