Got an unpleasant surprise on my phone bill that Funmobile charged $9.99 to my cell phone. I called the number on my bill (877-661-1136) and talked to "supervisor" Charles (Employee ID #164) who took a defensive and arrogant position, refusing to refund the illicit charge because of my "attitude".

T-mobile is also to blame for this scam. They are working with nefarious companies that prey on people who might be too busy to notice they're being ripped off.
