On April 8th I signed up to receive ring tones from funtonia.com. I was suppose to receive unlimited ringtones and wal paper for one year at a cost of $23.88 which was charged to my credit card.

It did not take me long to figure out that it was not as simple as funtonia.com sending me the ringtone directly to my phone. After several attempts to complete the task, I sent a email to customer service.

Abigail responded:
Hello,

You can download tunes and wallpapers from your computer to your phone, even if your phone isn't internet enabled. This is mentioned on our web site, in the "how to use" page.

First you download the tunes from "My Downloads" on funtonia.com to your PC by right-clicking on the "save" icon of the selected tune or wallpaper and then clicking on "save target as". You can then transfer the tunes from your PC to the phone through a USB cable or Bluetooth.
Please feel free to contact us for any further help.

Sincerely,

Abigail,

The Funtonia Support Team

Still I was unable to download the ringtones so I wrote her back and she responded:

Hello,

Thank you for your email.
I suggest you use the Bluetooth/USB cable manual or contact your mobile carrier/manufacturer for instructions on the matter of transferring files from the computer to the mobile.
Sincerely,
Abigail,
