Complaint Review: Funtonia

I signed a 1 year contract with Funtonia and never received the text messages to download the ringers and wasnt able to access them online through my phone either. I received an error message!

I contacted them and their response was to hook my phone up to a usb cable and transfer them from my pc to my phone. They don't tell you this, but the cable costs $40 and you have to also purchase software!

I then asked for a refund since their services were not delivered and they were paid, and they DENIED me!!!
Don't ever give them any of your money! Remember the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." In this case, it was!!
