I ordered a table, which would be a good table if it wasn't for design flaws.  I fully inspected upon delivery and the table appeared completely fine. 

Two major issues. 

When I screwed things together, I was very cautious not to over-tightened (not that there was any mention of this), but in almost every place, it cracked the composite concrete in a pretty major way.  A product should not crack so easily from something as simple as screwing in a screw. 

Second, When I got the table top in the direct light, it highlighted portions where they obviously used some sort of poxy to fill in cracks.  This was not noticeable during delivery and only visible when directly light is shining on it.  This was not the same as the other variants making the table look like natural wood.  It stands out like a sore thumb and from our perspective the table is unusable. 

I immediately wrote customer service (and included several photos for evidence) about these two issues.  While it took a while for them to get back to me, they basically said they can only pay for returns when its returned upon delivery.  So unless I wanted to drive it an hour away to their warehouse, they refused to ship replacements of any part.  They offered to charge me $50 to have someone bring in to the house, but the I would still need to do the uninstall/install. 

Its absolutely ridiculous that they tried to blame me for the issues and then refused to remedy the situation unless I pay for it.  This is by far the worst customer service for any furniture product I have bought online, and I have bought a lot of furniture online. 

I will never use furniture-authority again due to this awful experience.
