furniture factory direct montage furniture services. globe furniture bought sectional in 2015 got premium coverage, now sectional is pealing every where!!! HELP!!! lakewood Washington

We bought a Beautiful sectional from furniture factory direct, 2015, purchased the 5yr PREMIUM furniture service, were informed was a great service to have. Two years later the entire sectional is PEALING, EVERY WHERE. We take VERY good care of our furniture!!! contacted furniture factory direct, they informed us to comtact the MFS protection service for help. They were of no Help, said sectional was only protected against a accident, such as a puncture or cut. Agsin contacted furniture direct, they said to cut the sectionasl with a kniff and claim was an accident. The sectional is pealing, that was a Stupid suggestion!!And a lie!!! Contacted the manufactor, they said at our expence could have someone redo the entire sectional anotjer stupid statement. so here we are our first NEW piece of furniture and is worthless, and we can not get any help. you would think if you bought a PREMIUM Furniture Service, it would help to replace or fix the problem!!!
