We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress from Furniture For Life at the Del Mar Home Show with the agreement that it be delivered on a specific date. "It's no problem", "there's plenty of time" we were told. We called today to check on the delivery and we were told "no, you won't get your mattress until next Friday." Buyer beware, these guys will do anything to close a sale.
PS - As a side note, they also charged my credit card 3 times - we did get that solved
