I have had nothing but problems dealing with this company. My first purchase on 7/11/05 of sku 01350561 Chelsea 6 Pc. Bedroom set was only a 5 pc. Set. Levitz Delivery 1, Delivery Date: Friday, July 15th is not complete yet

When I talked to customer service they told me that that was the 6 pc, set I can add and there is only 5 pc I have received. if you look at the 5 pc. Set it is the same. Pulse the king bed I had ordered was a Queen size so they made me Order it again and pay for it again and then they charged me a 25% restocking fee for the queen size bed. And I still only have a 5 pc. Bedroom Set and not the six pc. Set I had ordered and paid for.

I finally received the king size bed the rails are the right color but the headboard and the footboards are wrong. When they delivered it they new it was wrong because they did not assemble it and left it in the box in my garage. Now this bed I have purchased and not received yet is on sale I called to see if the sale price was offered and they told me it was not.

I have not received the bed yet and if I wanted to cancel the order there would be another 25% restocking fee for a bed I have not received! That is a told of 50% restocking fee for merchandise I have not received. So they have ripped me off for a second night stand advertised in the six pc. set I have never received and charged me a 25% restocking fee for there mistake on the wrong bed and after a second try I still have the wrong bed.

It has been a real nightmare doing business with this company every time I call it's a good 45 min to an hour to talk to someone that is trained to not be of any assistance. If you are thinking of doing business with this company I would strongly recommend against it. .
