I purchased a daybed with trundle and mattresses on time. I paid on the account every two weeks and upon completion of payment - $650.00, scheduled delivery of the items.

No delivery was made on the day promised. Four calls to the store netted me four conversations with people who rudely informed me I had to keep calling back to speak to the manager, Moeses.

When I said I was going to come down to the store, Moeses materialized on the phone apologized and said delivery would be late, but it would happen that day. It did not.

I was unable to reach the store the next business day and that evening my boyfried did speak to Moeses who apologized and promised delivery the next evening.

Surprise, we received delivery. Not surprising the bed was damaged and the delivery men ripped the mattress while attempting to put the bed together.

More phone calls and more promises of replacements. On the day the replacements should have been delivered, Moeses was on his way to the Bahamas according to his brother, co-owner, Sam Ventura. We said we would come down to the store to tell customers how they will be treated and Moeses again got on the phone. He then called me ignorant. A real charmer, Moeses is!

After I explained I would spend my spare time making sure his business practices were brought to the attention of every agency and customer pool I could find, he said he would deliver them himself the day after the holiday.

I don't believe him do you?
