ordered $9000 worth of furniture in February/March. Deposit was $3000. Sales person, Marsha Fulp. We were expecting delivery within 10 weeks or so. We waited until July and nothing came. Finally, when I went to the Better Business Bureau website and found out that these folks had some thing like 75 complaints registered against them in the last 9 months. (Assume that for every complaint that is registered, there are probably that are not). And in fact, BBB had cancelled their membership. I wrote a nasty letter to them for misleading/fraudulent advertisement. The company was claiming they were a BBB member.

After this incident, the representatives called me back and informed that one of my orders were ready and that the full payment was necessary this to be processed. I asked for a written confirmation and, viola, immediately came a full written confirmation saying that the delivery would be on such and such date. (Stupid me) I then authorized full payment on this order, on my Visa card. Of course the promised date came and went and still on furniture.

Now the company wouldn't even take my calls. Finally, I got fed up and made a formal complaint to My Visa card company. After a week or so, they were kind enough to credit my account.

Never, never trust these people.
