I ordered a dining set from furniturexo.com early in the month of September, 2011 and paid with a money order. I called to find out how long I should expect to wait to get our table and was told to expect a 3-4 week wait. When the end of September came I called to find out the status of my order. I was told that my table had not yet arrived. When I asked for a refund I was told that I could not have a refund until 6 weeks had passed or I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. So I waited until the end of October for my table. When I still had not recieved my table or any updates concerning it after 8 weeks I called furniturexo.com again. I was told that the table still wasn't there and that they didn't expect it to arrive until sometime in December! I immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund. I finally received my refund check sometime in November. I went to the nearest Wells Fargo Bank in my area to cash this check so I could finally get a new table after 2 1/2 months.

Unfortunately for me this joke of a business didn't even have the $827.66 in the bank to cover my check!!! What a joke. Here I am on December 1st, 3 months after my initial order, typing this with no table and out $827.66 thanks to Furniture XO. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
