We had three dfferent orders placed with Furnitureland South (all in a short period).

First order - was told frame choice not available- I checked with Mfr- frame was available. FS showed us frabric that was discontinued- we found fabrics they didn't show.

Bistro Set w/2 chairs ordered 12/03/2005 -missed multiple delivery dates. We still have not received as of 6/25/06- 6mos later.

Dining Set - table w/6 chairs, Buffet and Hutch, - orered 1/30/2006 - missed April delivery date, May delivery date, and now one day before they told us it would be delivered to our place out of state (had arranged for someone to accept) and sent add'l $2282.68 check (they had 1/3 deposit already), they call and say Buffet and Hutch won't be on truck - a quality problem.
Three different orders- three problems.

In same time we ordered from four other furniture companies- and no problems - quality or delivery.
This company is working with its customers advance payments - and holding their money and furniture hostage.
Their customer service responses- including false accusations, and claiming a death at the mfr have been absurb.

The pricing is reasonably good- but not worth the headaches, the lies, deceipt, fraud, and disappointment.
