FURNITUREUSA ripoff Clemmons North Carolina
I placed an order for dining room chairs September 2, 2003 with Marsha Fulp of FURNITUREUSA.COM. I gave a 25% deposit and was told I would receive the chairs in early November. Then I received over 6 more delivery dates; phone calls on a weekly basis saying the chairs were not in from Lane Furniture yet; now it's almost a year and I've been sending e mails every day, leaving phone messages on their automated voice line. I started thinking something was wrong when a company does not call back. I even let them think I was ordering new furniture and still no phone calls back.
Now I went to your website and was shocked to see I'm certainly not alone. I reported them yesterday to the BBB. My credit card company can't do anything after 120 days. I just reported it to Channel 5 SHAME ON YOUR in NYC to try and get it on television. I mentioned this website so that they can see I'm not alone.
