Complaint Review: Fuse heating

Fuse heating Filed a repair request with AHS and got a conformation number, company involved, company called made appointment then did not show up, unable to contact them called several times no call back could only leave message Nationwide

Called AHS in later June because my hot water is not working. Made the request over the internet.  conformation # 418114332

Fuse electric called made an appointment with my husband Glynn  for July 5 at 0830 in morning.  Did not show up.

I called them later that day and they had a message machine, I left a message. The next day I called them again with the same results leave a message. No call back    I made several more calls with no results.   I attemtped to call AHS and the wait time was intense. Never talked with anyone made several attepts.  I was already out of hot water for 7-8 days.  On July 6th I made several calls to electrical companys to see if any one would come out but not under an emergency status.  I finally found columbia basin plumbing.  They were wout within the hour and came back out to exchang my hot water syster.

It was not repairable.
