They are liars and thieves. They renew your contract without warning and then charge THOUSANDS of dollars to get away from them. They fight the ports of your numbers to another company to prolong the process, and charge you fees for the reporting of the numbers. On more than one attempt they actually denied a business phone number port because they claimed it was a residential number. Keep in mind that THEY are the ones who gave this number to our business. WORST company to do business with - STAY AWAY. Jennifer Badawi is the head crook in that office. She never gets back to you, and after you hunt her down she simply reply’s that nothing you discussed can now happen.
