A company calling itself Fusion Lab 2 made a charge of $89.99 to our credit card and reimbursed $49.99 the following day leaving a net unauthorized charge of $40.00 on our account.  We called the credit card company immediately to file a dispute.  We are not familiar with Fusion Labs 2 and use the credit card almost exclusively with 2 businesses.  The credit card billing includes a customer service number of 866-925-2123 followed by a DE.  By calling that number we get the information that it is Rocky Mountain standard time which would indicate that the company is in the western states (Nevada no doubt), but the only Fusion Lab 2 that I can find on the internet is located at: 110 W. 9th Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, PH: (888) 449-7788.  The Better Business Bureau lists its business catagory as "Vitamins and Food Supplements".  Neither my spouse or myself have ever knowingly dealt with or purchased products manufactured by this company.

We called the number listed on the credit card

We called the number (866-925-2123  DE) which was listed on our credit card.  The lady that responded said that her company was a customer service number for 20 different companies, but that Fusion Labs 2 marketed a tooth whitening product.  She also said that they have had a lot of complaints about the company making charges to credit cards multiple times and recomended that we cancel that account, which we immediately did.  The credit card company said that our account would be credited for the charge pending a fraud investigation.  Things are now taking a bit different shape.  I recall having a bad experience with a company selling a tooth whitening product on-line but we were not using this credit card and I fail to see how they got our account number.  To me the moral of this saga is clear.  If you're convinced that you need your teeth whitened consult with a local dentist and when on-line beware of Nigeria and Utah!
