Brain Shields and David James Smith (Smitty) act as good cop bad cop when dealing with artists. They book talent the cant afford. then say the deposit got lost. and they have to owe the artists after the show.
Brian does all of his business under Fusion Magazines accounts. He writes bad checks that bounce, knowing there is not money in the account.  When you tell him he needs to pay the fees and the money he owes. He threatens with "his Lawyer".

These guys are the epitome of Shady Promoters.   They bill large headlining talent like HyperCrush without authorization, put out publications and flyer promotions using the artists name altho they have never given the artists a dime and did not book them in any way.

This is a total scam.  if you ever come across these two. do not deal with them.  they dont pay their bills.
