Fusion Telecom Fraudulent! Steals Money!! BEWARE! Dishonest SCAM ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
This company stole $100.00 from our account. Period. We noticed three seperate charges on our statement. One for $49.90 to Fusion Telecom, one for $24.95 to Fusion Telecom, and a third for $24.95 to Fusion Talk. All three transactions occurred within one month! I contacted the company, wherein they gave no explanation, but they found my information in their records. They gave me a confirmation number stating that they would not withdraw any more funds AND THAT I WOULD BE REIMBURSED IN FULL. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.
We are considering this money as stolen, and will pursue it through ANY means necessary. I would be pursuing it if the monetary amount were 50 cents as I find it appalling that a company can do this and get away with it. By the way, all telephone numbers you call (ever since I did get through once) now say that you have called outside of business hours EVEN WHEN YOU CALL DURING BUSINESS HOURS. You cannot get through.
THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE THIEF.
