Complaint Review: Fusion Cash

i tried to cash out and they told me it was temporarily denied, then told me i had to fax ID, when i did it gave me an error, i know the fax works because i faxed several other other items that day and had no problems, when i reported this to fusion cash they said they would send it to the administrator and would get back to me. i still have not received any response and as far as my denial, they said it was because there was suspicious activity with my account and when i asked what activity they would not answer.
