I ordered a pair of Steve Madden Mlley Wedges in Rose Gold size 8.5. I was searching for them because my daughter wanted them and finally found them on this site. The address seemed odd so I tried searching it on Better Business Bureau but found nothing. The site looks like an official Steve Madden site so I placed my order. They sent me a pair of black sandals that look nothing like the ones I ordered, are not Steve Madden and are obviously very cheap. I have never even heard of the brand (Linsky). They are completely made of plastic and have a toxic smell. I spent $55 and I want a refund. All I could do from the website is send an email. Even if I send the shoes back to the return address on the package, I would have to spend $ to send them back to CHINA and probably still wouldn't get a refund. I would like to look into notifying the Steve Madden brand about this scam. If anyone has any thoughts on how to take action please let me know! I wish I had known about the Ripoff Report website before I ordered from this "company".
