I reporTed to the front desk staff that there was a teenage boy in the ladies locker room. I felt violated. I requested to speak with the manager and no one has reached out to me about it to this date.
it made me feel very uncomfortable and also felt as though they felt that this was not abnormal. I spoke with his mother, she acTed as though there was nothing wrong with it.
I filed the report and asked to be contacted by telephone by manager and this did not happen. I was ignored and I will not be returning to that location.
