On Wednesday November 16th I opened my mail box and received a ford advertisement inside the envelope there was a Scratcher card that on top stated" if your 3 lucky Symbols match you have won." I matched 3 of the symbols and was excited to find out that I had won, one of the prizes shown on the card. which included: an Ipad, vacation stay for two, diamond tennis bracelet, digital camera,HDTV flat screen TV, and the grand prize was 10,000.00. I immediately called future ford to find out what I had won had matching 3 diamonds and their first response was that the promotion had already ended, and to claim the prizes you had to had visited the store on Friday 11Th, Saturday 12Th, Sunday 13Th or Monday 14th. My first response was how is that possible, i just received it in the mail today, I check my mail everyday and i had just received it, how could i have went back in time to claim the prize. I was a little suspicious about the situation so i called back again and talked to the receptionist and she said that a few other people had called in complaining about the same issue. This makes me question whether or not, the company is running these false advertisement and sending them late on purpose, so that not as many winners claim their prize and who knows who ends up getting the unclaimed prizes. I asked to speak with the manager and was directed to Phil Jimenez who informed me he was not in charge of the promotion and forwarded me to Robert, who is supposedly in charge of sales, i got his voice mail and he called me back 10 minutes later, upon me explaining the situation he denied that this could be a foul play by their company and would not release the company name that is running the promotion for them so that i can contact them directly to adress the issue, and he proceeded to hang up on me before our conversation was over. I called back and this time spoke with Rod Rodriguez, who also claimed he was one of the managers,I explained the situation and his response was that there is nothing that can be done from their part and that he is going to investigate the company being in charge of the promotion, but either was that im not a winner and pretty much should just disgard the winner scratcher card.
