Complaint Review: Future Horizons

When ordering an item, it is now obvious why a long delivery is mentioned for outside US countries. Using a creditcard, first you have to pay to the creditcard company, but so far nothing received.

After the extremely (but on purpose) long deliverytime It is more difficult to get your money back at "wrong" deliveries becasue you have been paid already to the creditcardcomp. .

I received fi a obsolete unit, while i paided for a new unit. It might be claer no comment from FH... Also think now why addresses and a servicetelephone line are not avaiable, they will call you...... :-)
