As usual with Fraudsters there are multiple "business names" and addresses.

There is lots of info here, so watch for all the associated names!

I am following this one now as I have been a recent victim.  I have traced back to the Fall of 2013 (September) another report filed here regarding VIP SOLUTIONS.  Unfortunately the REAL VIP SOLUTIONS ONLINE (a NJ  Comp.) has had their integrity compromised because of these crooks.

My experience with this "ring" was in the past 30 days (April 9th)

Currently they are operating as FUTURE NETWORK SOLUTIONS and are supposedly located in Tampa Florida.  If you google map their address you will see that it is for a UPS store--a place where you can rent a box and take in money, have no risk, have no actual physical presence.

Another report is filled here under the name VIP SOLUTIONS, while they appear to be victims as well.  I discovered VIP SOLUTIONS because on their CURRENT SCAM PAGE under "Refund Policy" they neglected to change the wording and state the VIP SOLUTIONS ONLINE will handle the returns and issue the RMA, etc.  Also, in Policy terms and conditions they forgot to remove the wording "Sample Store".  and you'll love this...you can become an "affiliate' and make money too. (yeah...,wink>)

PB DISTRIBUTION comes into the picture when bec aue after making my purchase I began to receive "special" follow up sale offers for other products with "coupons".  That email was generated by PB DISTRIBUTION ONLINE.

That lead me to looking ujp what RIPOFF REPORT had on PB Distribution.  The email address returns to a gmail account.

The gmail account is profx.ntn@gmail.com

The dubious email account for Future NetworkSolutions also goes to a gmail address.futurenetworksolutionsllc@gmail.com

There is another company that has been tied to them for more then one scam.

The ring appears to have used http://www.3dcart.com/shopping-cart-software/ to run their online store more than once.  When I called the 3DCart company last Thursday I just asked in passing if they "vetted" their clients.  The representative seems to have been taken off guard and then sort of fumbled for a way to answer because they probably got the picture pretty quick that I was referring to someone that had already purpetuated a scam.

They have used 3Dcart in at least 2 of their scam operations. (3dCart is also located in Florida.)

From what I have seen so far they have been doing this since 2011--at least. From reading other reports here and elsewhere, Microsoft has been made aware of them.

They will continue to rip off people until some State Attorney General stops them or Microsoft has their attysd run them down.

I'll be making a report to the Florida Secretary of State, Pam Bondi, this coming week.  Since I am out of state I won't likely get very far, but if you are a victim and live in Florida you can probably make more of an impression.

One more detail I'll share.  In discovering that the address for the company lead to a UPS store, I ran that address through Google and other sources. The address is also associated with Realty Advisors, LLC, 503 E. Jackson St. #501 Tampa, FL  33602. (Here is the phone number for the realty company 813-221-8000).

Here is another phone number related to one of the associated names 813-345-4425. Didn't try it, but would be interesting to see where it leads.

The phone number from the "recepit" to contact FNS is Phone: (866)434-8584 NOTE: this is the one that has the robotic ansering machine that nevers responds.

Other investigations on that address have lead me to two names, I hesitate to mention.  I find them VERY SUSPICIOUS but since I can't execute a search warrent from here...  You'll have to hunt those two names yourself.  Not hard to do...just google the address.

Sending up a few screenshots to go with this report.   I hope they can cross reference it.

Would love to help get this sleaze, but at least want to make it harder for him to drag in more victims.
