Future Payment Technologies, Justin Holden STOLE My Identy Dallas Texas

Small businesses BEWARE...Future Payment Technologies (FPT) is a front for Northern Leasing Systems, Inc (NLS).  Check out the lawsuits on the internet.  A rep from FPT came to our store with a slick presentaion on how they could save us money on credit card proicessing fee.  After some discussion with Justin Holden the 22 page agreement was signed electronicly on the rep's notepad.  I thought I was signing an agreement between my store & FPT when in fact FPT gave all of my personal information to NLS.  Now this SNAKE of a company says that I am in a 4 yr noncancelable contract for the cc equipment.  The agreement I thought I signed was for 2 yrs and the equipment was free of charge.  There is a current Class Action lawsuit against NLS.  Chittur & Associates, PC in New York is the law firm going after them if you are interested.

I am a new rep with the company and Your identity is safe with us. When I do an application on my notebook computer the social security # is encrypted; meaning that when I type in the ss# the video screen only shows ***-**-****. This is a highly reputable company and there are very mindful about such things as security and ethics.

Looked at many merchant card processing companies prior to joining FPT 90 days ago as a Regional ISA.  At this point they have kept every promise made to a client and have provided minimum of 20-50% savings in their processing fees every time.  I have over 40 years of professional B2B sales and marketing experience and realize that buyers sometimes change their minds and want to justify that by blaming the company.  Also I'm very aware that there are unscrupulous or irresponsible employees that can make a company look terrible.

FPT records every appointment made and records a confirmation of the terms of the agreement made at point of sale.  They pointedly ask if the agent has made any special promises to the customer not in the agreement.

I look at your site and others to monitor FPT' s after sale performance

and find that if there has been a complaint, it is always completely settled.

I can't ask for or expect more from anyone and am proud to represent FPT.

I have been a Future Payment Technology ISA for 90 days.  So far, I have found the company to be direct and honest with me and its clients.

On each sale, the client is aked by our confirmation department to verify the terms quoted to them on rate and any monthly charges or application/underwriting fees.  They are asked to confirm their banking info, SS, home address, etc and finally asked if I made any promises to them other than what the confirmer quoted.

The most interesting and frustrating experience that I have experienced is with clients that deny an appointment was made with them at the time I show up for the appointment.  Then I actually listen to a tape of the appointment being set & again confirmed in the voice of the person now denying the appointment.

I have been in sales 40 years and realize that some clients will have buyers remorse and then not admit to what they actually agreed to.  I also know that in spite of a company's best efforts, there will be some unscrupoulous agents that do blatantly misrepresent their company.

I beleive that Future Payment truly wants a happy client and makes a sincere effort to confirm with the client its agreement to all details prior to shipping their product.

If I ever find different, I will resign ASAP and make my own RipOff report.

Northern Leasing Terminal Leasing SCAM

Wait a minute gentlemen! If I had agreed to this FuturePlus Terminal then why did Future Payment Technologies (FPT) send me a Diamond T4205 terminal? The Diamond terminal that is listed in FPT’s so called Terms & Conditions (T&C) that is free! Why would I agree to lease a terminal for 4 yrs (non-cancelable never the less) at $36.70 per mo when I can use one for free? Remember I singed for 2 yrs not 4.

If FPT’s intent is to not miss lead merchants, then why did Justin Holden send the email that overrode FPT’s T&C saying I had a 2 yr agreement with a free terminal. If FPT’s intent is to not miss lead merchants, then why did it take over 30 days to receive the BOGUS agreement from Northern Leasing?

In case you haven’t read the internet reports about the Northern Leasing SCAMS & lawsuits you might want to take a good look. Then choose wisely what companies you partner with.

If it had been disclosed that I was signing an equipment leasing contract with Northern Leasing, albeit a 4 yr non-cancelable contract, you would have never received my business!

We are sorry for any confusion. Our records indicate that you originally agreed to the FuturePlus terminal, then decided to go with our Future Diamond terminal, which is our free terminal offering. Our FuturePlus terminal is an optional upgrade and includes additional features; therefore, it does require a lease commitment with Northern Leasing, our terminal leasing company. We are not affiliated with Northern Leasing – they are a separate company that offers financing for our upgraded terminals.

Please know we make every attempt to fully disclose what our merchants agree to, including requiring signatures on all paperwork and lease agreements. After we secure signatures from our merchants on all agreements, we also make confirmation calls, which are recorded, to call back what our merchants agree to.  It is never our intent to mislead our merchants in any way. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding.  Please feel free to contact us at 877.233.3376, ext. 8089, should you wish to discuss further.
