Hello,

My name is Thomas * *******.  I’m 70 years old and have been a victim of Internet Fraud, Elder Fraud, an Internet Scam, and theft, whatever you want to call it.

I was contacted on or about March 31, 2015, by a Phillip Johnson, who is with Future Ranking in Bellevue, WA.  They had a customer who just walked away from her website that they had built for her. I was told it was an established site, and would really be good for me.  Then they remodeled and renamed it.  So much for an established site.  I questioned their wisdom. But then as I told them, “I knew very little about websites.”

Then came the sales pitches for this, that and the other thing I needed.  To where, I now realize they have cost me $62,+++.++.  That’s not counting interest on my credit cards, nor their monthly maintenance fees of $350.00 per month.

A while back they sold me some BS about a Social Media thing they had, for $9,000.00.   We discussed it and he agreed to do the work for me, as I had no desire or interest in learning how to do that.  About three months later I noticed very little had been done.  Also, in going through my notes, I saw where the second website, they sold me for $10,000.00, should have been free.

I sent them a letter asking for the $19,000.00 to be refunded.  Then I got a call from a “Rich”.  The main gist of that call was he’d waive the $350.00 monthly charges for me.  He never said a thing about the letter I sent them asking for my refund. Then they said they were hit with a virus, which they gave to Facebook, so they were kicked off there for a while, but would get back to Facebook as soon as they could.  Well, a month later I noticed nothing had been done on Facebook and they just switched my monthly maintenance fee to my other credit card.

I wrote them again, November 23, 2016.  I demanded the money plus interest be returned by December 15, 2016.  and I didn’t care about the monthly fee, as I planned on selling the websites, if I still don’t have a sale by the end of the year.  I figure two years is more than enough time to have gotten a few sales.  Especially as they had been telling me most of my items were ranking on page 1 of Google Search and I had lots of traffic to the site.  After the letter, my weekly calls and all other communication stopped coming.  I also got wondering if the sites could even accept sales.

I have since discovered they have locked me out of both of my websites.  There is no way for me to do anything with them.  In effect, they have stolen them from me.  If I remember right, theft is a crime punishable with prison time.  Also, they have taken my money without giving me anything for it.  To my understanding, that is considered fraud.  Also, a crime punishable with prison time.
