I apologize for using the words liars and thieves in my rebuttal to the employee rebuttal. I do, however, stand by the facts. They did not show for first TWO promised service calls. Poor installment caused the problem. This went on for MONTHS, Before this company's representative made the arrangement for REPLACEMENT furniture which my ADULT sons picked out with the SALES REPRESENTATIVE. THEY HAD THE PAPERWORK WITH THEM AND I SPOKE WITH MY SONS AND THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ON THIS COMPANY'S PHONE WHEN THE REPLACEMENT CHOICE WAS COMPLETED AND THIS COMPANY'S REPRESENTATIVE MADE THE ARRANGEMENTS!
The judge did send ruling ordering them to pay back and they still have not done so. Not much more that can be said. Buyers Remorse? you betcha. I would never want to do business with any one that operates in this manner. While my adult sons were in the store making the arrangement with the sales representative months after the promised service calls that resulted in service never showing up, they witnessed another customer SCREAMING at the sales person "OH YES YOU WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!" so it appears I am not the first and will not be the last. Business as usual for this company.
