Future Buildings technical support team is on standby when you need them, to answer any questions that come up during assembly, but most clients find they never need to call once they fully read through the detailed assembly manual.
On November 13th 2014, my husband called Future buildings to inquire about a model from their brochure. ..the "Lean on" He spoke with Reed Smith who was very nice and helpful by telling us about an already built building that his boss is trying to get rid of at half price! I was getting ready to go to work , he continued talking with my husband who had gotten his retirement money and was looking for a building to house his Magna track....a loader... The deal sounded like Xmas in November until he tried to cancel it after learning that he was going to be responsible for unloading the truck....My husband had taken early retirement after suffering a disabling injury to his left hand. Two days before the delivery date we learned about an emergency at home, we attempted to get there, called future buildings to hold the delivery until we return, I spoke with a lady that assured me that they will get the message. We left to the airport but we could not get a flight. When we returned home my husband told me about a phone call that he had received from Reed about another deal of insulation below cost, but Reed gave him a higher quote than a previous price. We then realized that we cannot trust to order a tin can from this company. I spoke with Nathan Davis who called me a liar and threatened us with further consequenses if we cancel. He offered a $1,000 discount because the building was on its way to us. My husband had prepared a cashier check for $ 8,625 and the bank has already closed. Can we trust them to return the $1,000 after handing them the cashiers check? No! ....
