Future Buildings TRUSTED Business REVIEW: Customer Satisfaction Commitment: Future Buildingâs commitment to absolute customer satisfaction is obvious from the first phone call. Future Buildings technical support team is on standby when you need them, to answer any questions that come up during assembly, but most clients find they never need to call once they fully read through the detailed assembly manual.
I was looking to purchase a steel building and came across future steel's website as well as a couple others. when talking to moe ather at future steel he told me that the building could be anchored right into the ground with no cement needed at all. i knew this was a lie because an honest salesman from another company told me that a cement foundation was needed. i tried to get moe to tell me the truth but he would not even after i specifically told him i was so happy that cement was not required at all for his building. and i asked him multiple times about this to see if he would be honest but he did not ever tell the truth. he pushed really hard to get me to the bank to make a deposit which i know they would not have returned after i got the drawings and found out there in fact was cement required. almost a truck load of cement at that. i can only imagine how many people that have dealt with this company have been shocked to find out that there is an additional cost to their buildings in the form of cement. it is so wrong for the salesmen at future steel to lie about their buildings not being able to just sit on the ground when selling their buildings. but, they do not care, all they care about is getting that deposit and then the buyer is screwed. DO NOT believe future steel when they tell you that you can anchor their buildings right into the ground and do not need any cement at all!!!!
