Following a job termination within three days of my entering into contract with Future Steel, I was unable to break the contract and have my deposit returned. No compassion as to my newly found situation was considered. My sales contact Chris Vangelisti purposely forced the progress of the sale. Following a plea for compassion I received the following.
Hi Charles,
As per your conversation with Edward, he requested I give you an update. He is investigating any other options available. It appears the only one is a possible credit against a future purchase of equal or greater value. One other possibility is to delay the actual delivery for a significant period of time I.e. Next year and he is pursuing that.
We are trying to find options because this was a final sale.
At this point, at best we may have something middle next week.
Thank you.
Chris Vangelisti

Another written plea was made to Marcell Aitoro and Aaron Aitoro the CEO and President of the company of which they would not respond. I resubmitted the plea to the sales Director receiving this response.
Charles, unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable as was explained to you last fall. If you would like to use the deposit towards a smaller building, or to transfer it to someone else I can allow that.
Yours Truly,
Greg Hann
Sales Director

Apparently a $4,200.00 deposit will make or break this company. Don't do business with this company.
