Complaint Review: FWM Laboratories & Acai Berry Detox

FWM Laboratories & Acai Berry Detox ordered trial for 3.95 called within the time to cancel order but was charged unauthorized amt of 87.13 called for 3 weeks straight have been told there vwas only 1 charge for 3.95 & that i would be sent an email in 24 hrs which was never received each time i called was also told that cerdit would be given in 7-10 business days which never happened. asked for a manager was told they are all busy. ordered a trial offer of acai berry for 3.95 called within the time frame to cancel and not be charged another fee but on dec 25 08 after cancellation was made called the toll free number in the original packaging of 866-931-6791 and was not able to get thru for 3 whole days morning up until evening kept getting a busy signal or a message that the mailbox was full.

Finally i got thru and the agent stated has been cancelled and that i would only be charged the 3.95 for shipping but i explained to her that i was already charged on dec 25 for 87.13. the agent placed me on hold for 23 min only to come back on the line to tell me that my refund would be refunded within 7 to 10 business days and that i would receive a confirmation explaining the facts and confirmation of my refund.

I then believed the agent..the next day came no email confirmation i called back to advise them of a confirmation not being received and for them to respond with we do not show a charge of 87.13 in our records i advised to them that i was looking at my credit card statement and that it showed a charge for 87.13 from acai berry detox..then i became very agitated..and asked requested to speak with a manager, in which she told me they were all busy.

For 3 weeks(from dec 17) straight i called everyday all day and one phone i held for 1 hr and 18 min just to see how long they would keep me on hold. I hung up and called back and told them about the long wait time all they said was we apologize how may i help you. So i gave another agent my email adress to look up my account and told her about the situation she said well u need to send an email to fwmcancellations@gmail.com and that i did along with a copy of my statement & highlighting the 2 charges from them called them 2 hours later to check if email was received they claimed they did not and i verified the email with them which was correct.

Agent stated again "you will receive aconfirmation with 24 hours" still no confirmation, i called again they then gave me a new emaill adress and states you have to send all emails to: billing@fwmlabs.com i sent 2 duplicate emails just to make sure they received it, i waited 24 hours before i spoke with them again and they stated only the billing department would have that information if they received your information or not i asked could they verify with them and the agent says to me "they will send you an email confirmation in 24 hours. thats when i hung up and did not call back by this time i am very upset.

Hi. Why not try this no. 866-949-0138 to get your refund? I called up this no. and got my refund a week after which it isn't bad at all having read the experiences of other consumers.
