I went on the internet and ordered free samples and thought it might be legit due to the fact the person advertising was from my home town. Took capsules for about a week and couldn't tell they were doing anything but making me sick. I called the numbers on the bottle and told them I wanted to cancel any further orders and the gentleman prceeded to tell me I didn't have an account with them.

Several days later did the same thing and was told once again I didn't have an account. Today I found out they withdrew $87.13 from my account. I called and they told me it was past my 14 day period and I would be charged. Once again I explained what happened and then ask to speak with her supervisor. She wanted to know what I wanted her to do about the charge. I told her I wanted it credited back to my account. She said she would send a request but could not tell me how long it would take for the refund. Now I wait to see what other action I am goig to have to take.

I have here another FWM helpline number you may want to use, 866-949-0138. I was also a Acai Berry customer before but decided to call off my order. This was the no. I used, and got my money back within three days.
