i was billed for the full amount before i could return it becuase of their lack of sending me a confirmation e mail, so i thought my order never took, so i didnt write any date of actual shipment on my calender to be able to return unused portion if i didnt like it.they dont have it written that even if it took seven days to get to you it counts as the trial period

I was billed for the full amount before I could return I the free trial leftovers because of their lack of sending me a confirmation e mail, so I thought my order never took, so I didnt write any date of actual shipment on my calender to be able to return the unused portion if i didnt like it.they dont have it written that even if it takes seven days to get to you it counts as part of the trial period which actually leaves you with about 6 to seven days of using it..who can know if it works in that short a period of time.

I never even knew I was getting any product due to no confirmation or any date on my product packaging nor any invoice as to when it got shipped ..until after the fact..when it was way too late and I was already billed and who can know if they like a medicinal product after having it in their posession for just 7 day to try.

You should have read the terms and agreement carefully to avoid mistakes like this. There is a rule that you should cancel within the 14-day trial period. Since you didn't make it, better call 866-949-013. They'll help you resolve your issues.
