FWM Laboratories Free Trial Scam Hollywood Florida
I also fell for the "free trial" for the Acai berry supplement. At no point in the ordering process are you told about the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are listed separately on the very bottom of the page. The words are tiny and they are written in dark blue print on a dark blue background. This is how they are able to cover themselves when you call to question why you are getting another order of the product even before you finish the free trial. From a legal standpoint you have no recourse because they are able to say that the terms are listed on the website. They make it sound like it is a money back guarantee but when you try to get the refund they refuse to give it to you. They barely speak English on the customer service line and you get a big run around. All in all it is a big scam to get you involved in a subscription when all you wanted was to try a product.
