FWM Laboratories Free trial? Totally BOGUS. Returned product and want my refund! Hollywood Florida
I ordered a free trial offer by internet ad of Acaiberry Detox to pay S&H only. A couple weeks later, I noticed an outrageous charge (87.13) on my debit card. I called to find out how to cancel the charge and was told I needed a cancellation number and then I'd get my refund, so that is how I proceeded and returned the initial "trial" shipment.
I received an autoship a few days after that, which I was not aware I'd even agreed to and sure enough, in checking my debit card again, there was another charge. I called on this one and was told the same thing as the first time, and I was given the same cancellation number. I returned the second shipment also. This all happened in Jan, 2009.
After a few more calls, I finally got a refund for one of the charges on my debit card and received that on 03/16/09. I've called numerous times since then and keep getting the same runaround - I'm forwarded to a supervisor and then the supvisor tells me that she will enter the request to "refunds" and that I need to call back in 3 to 5 days. I am checking my debit card for a refund and to date (05/20/09) there has been none.
In addition to ripoffreport, I have also filed a complaint with my state's attorney generals office.

You've set a good example to your fellow consumers for striving hard to achieve justice in this kind of situation. I'm here to offer help. I had the same experience just three months ago. What I did was call fwm at this no. (866-949-013). I talked to a representative and got my subscription canceled.
