FWM Laboratories, Healthy Labs, Lipaphen-RX, Acai Berry Cleanse And Life Cleanse They lured me into giving them my debit card number by promising a free trial for just the shipping cost. The charged me for the shipping cost but never sent the "free" trial. Eighteen days later they hit me for $87.13 which I had "never" authorized. When I called the phone number given, they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes and were "extremely" rude when I finally did get someone on the line N. Miami Beach Florida

This company lured me into giving them my debit card number by promising me a free trial of their product if I paid $3.95 for shipping and handling, which was charged to my account that same day They never sent the free trial product but 18 days later they charged by account $87.13 without my knowledge or authorization. When I called the company to request a refund, I got several busy signals. When I finally got through I was put on hold for over 35 minutes. I could hear an occasional click and the extreamly loud music would stop for a second and then start again. I can only assume that they were checking to see if I was still waiting. When I finally spoke to a live person, it was obvious that the person was not an american. She spoke very broken english and had a very hard time understanding me when I gave her my e-mail address so she could pull up my account. She was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she put me on hold again for over 20 minutes, again, with an occasional click and break in the loud music. She finally got back on the line and said she would cancel "my order" and refund my account, which she said would be handled by the "billing department". I asked to speak to the billing department and was told they could only be contacted by e-mail so I asked for the e-mail address of the billing department. Again, I was put on hold for a long time and when she finally came back on the phone she said she could not give me the e-mail address of the billing department "for security reasons". I asked to speak to her supervisor again and she said "I am ending this phone call" and hung up.
