FWM Laboratories How Did they get that number?? Hollywood Florida
I used one credit card to order the sample and pay the $1.97 shipping and handling. I was to have a 30 day free trial period, no string attached. Checked a DIFFERENT bank account and found a charge for $87.13 for something I did not even order and have not seen. I do not know how they got the other card number.
Called the number on my bank statement, 800-244-2575 and sat on hold for a minimum of 10 min. each time before the call was ended by them with a recording that said "Thank you for calling, good bye." I called the number at least four more times thinking that I might actually get through, no luck.
I found another number in a report filed here, 866-949-0138, the report said that they got through quickly, no long wait and things were taken care of. When I tried it I recieved the same message as the first number I had tried with the same results.
Will be filing a report with my bank as I did not authorize this charge and as yet have not been able to resolve it with the company.
