Fwm Laboratories I ordered the Acai Berry Detox the last week of 12/2009, a week later my cc was charged 87.13, contacted my bank was referred to call the company and ask for the money. I have contacted them 4 times, then get transfer to a voice mail , today I was put on hold for 45 minutes, I hung up 3 times and was given the same stor by a different person. Hollywood Florida
Be aware that if you do not cancel your order in 14 days ( this is even while the free sample that you paid $5.99 still has not arrived at your house) you wil be charged exactly in 14 days $87.13 and guess what have fun calling customer service to obtain a RAM number to return the product.
Hope that one day you will see your refund . Do not order products on the internet when they pop up on your computer, if there is something you are interested in then, type the name like acaiberry.com or better yet type the name of the laboratory where the product is made, then you will see if anyone has reported this company.

In addition to the pieces of advice to what you said, consumers who have complaints can contact fwm at 866-949-0138. I found this helpline very useful because I was also an acai berry user before. Another thing, for all consumers out there, always do a background check on the products who want to avail online.
