Complaint Review: FWM Laboratories

FWM Laboratories, Inc deceives you about the trial offer and then they steal from your credit card account. Before you accept a trial offer for any Acai Berry product, be absolutely sure you read all the terms & conditions, and the refund and exchange policy. I agreed to pay shipping & handling for the trial offer but was charged the full amount and cannot get a refund because I didn't return the product according to their specifications. I cancelled the trial offer within three days and they still sent the product and charged me the full price! I didn't even open the package. FWM Laboratories Inc a/k/a Health Products a/k/a Preciousmind Trading Ltd should be stopped! Their business practices are deceitful and they are thieves as far as I am concerned.
