FWM Laboratories Ripped me off for $350, kept calling and trying to cancel, only got busy signals Hollywood Florida
I had ordered the "free" trial of both the Acai Berry and Life Cleanse. I was unaware that I only had a 14 day limit to cancel. I also did not receive the product until ten days after I was billed for it.
I tried calling once I was billed the $87.13 the first time but only kept getting busy signals. Then tried again after the second. As you can tell it took me four different times, with four different numbers to finally get through.
I have called all the numbers, and have finally been able to get that it has indeed been cancelled, I also contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and filed a claim. I will be contacting my bank about making sure this will not happen again.
I was told that if I sent back the unopened containers of the products with the RMA # that I would get a refund, but I have not received any confirmation that anyone has received their refund.
Next time I want to lose ten pounds I'll go to the gym.

I suggest that you read thoroughly the terms and conditions when purchasing item online. You can also call this no. (866-949-0138) so you can be sure whether they'll be sending you refund. This line really works. I used that myself.

I would close the bank acount and reopen it with new #s I would also dispute the charge as well
