FWM LABORATORIES RISK FREE? I DON'T THINK SO ACAI BERRY FORT LAUDERDALE Florida
When I ordered the trial bottle, I searched and searched for the small print and found none. All I found was "risk free trial offer". I assumed I would not be charged in the future, so I never called customer service.
Today there was a charge of $87.13 in my checking account. I called the number that was attached to the charge (866-604-9260). A man with a very heavy accent answered. He basically said there is nothing I can do, even though I do not have the bottle(s) in my possession that cost $87.13.
He told me that I hadn't canceled in time (14 days). I told him off screaming at the top of my lungs. He naturally didn't care.
I called my bank and I doubt they will be able to help me. It is just such a helpless feeling. I wish there was some way to get that money back. I feel robbed.

There is always a link for the terms and conditions included when purchasing products online. Maybe you didn't see that part. You might as well try this other helpline of FWM, 866-949-0138.Transactions done on this line are quick and easy. Tried it myself. Operators were very friendly.
